It has been my joy to build this business from the ground up. My favorite part of DecisionGrid is being able to see the growth and confidence in our team. Our clients receive the benefit of a team that isn't afraid to grow, learn and engage in meaningful work.

How would you spend $10?

I would buy a Sushi roll. I wouldn't have enough left to buy a drink to go with it, but I would be a-okay with water to drink.

How would you spend $100?

I would stock up on Nespresso pods. It is my favorite at home coffee treat!

If you are a line item in a financial statement, What would you be and Why?

I would be a fixed asset (but with no depreciation)! I want my life to add value to others in a way that continues to appreciate over time.

What’s your favorite way to unwind after a busy day?

I enjoy preparing dinner while listening to good music. It gets all my creative juices flowing.

What is your ONE financial harmony tip?

Use PERCENTAGES instead of figures when creating a budget plan. Assign each expense category a percentage of income. That way as your income goes up (or down), your budget adjusts accordingly because percentage always stay the same.

Working at DecisionGrid means that I know I have a community of people behind me in all I do. A community that is willing to step up and into my life, giving me the opportunities, space and grace to learn and grow as an individual.

How would you spend $10?

Potentially coffee, I drink a lot of coffee.

How would you spend $100?

Stationary supplies; paper, pens, highlighters, notebooks. I enjoy hand written letters, sending and receiving them as well as basic journaling. Having all these tools makes it more fun for me.

If you are a line item in a financial statement, What would you be and Why?

Meals & Entertainment. I love to cook, eat and spend time with others.

If you are a dish in a full course meal, are you an appetizer, an Entrée, a dessert, or a beverage? Why?

A beverage or a side dish. I want to compliment the things and people around me.

What is your ONE financial harmony tip?

Be mindful in spending. The majority of our money should be spent on what the mission is (at home or in business), the only way to know if we are doing this is to think through the what and why of purchases.
