Do you charge for a quote?
Our services require an in-depth analysis to determine the scope of the work required to get your financial records, systems and processes up to speed. There is a one-time charge for this analysis which will be applied to your first billing should you decide to partner with us.
Is there a set up fee?
Set up work often involves clean up of financial records and set up of new technology, systems and processes. We charge a one time fee based on the size and scope of this project.
What accounting software do I need to use?
We use Quickbooks Online© exclusively for our clients. We are Quickbooks Online Advanced Certified Proadvisors© and our processes allow us to expertly support all types of businesses (both for profit and non-profit) with this accounting software.
What if I don’t currently use Quickbooks Online© for my accounting software?
Depending on the accounting software that you use, we may be able to perform a full conversion*. If a full conversion isn’t necessary, we can get your books started in a brand new file.

Will I have a dedicated person to talk to?
Yes! You will have a primary contact for day to day bookkeeping needs.
Can you process payroll for me?
Yes! We can process your payroll and we have options available for time tracking and employee benefit management.
Can you track restricted and unrestricted funds using Quickbooks Online©?
Yes! We have a method to track these funds using the accounting software. No more spreadsheets!
How do you get the information from me to keep track of my finances?
We are 100% digital and use a variety of methods to get the information we need to accurately track your finances including, but not limited to, email, website portals, online software tools, spreadsheets, and cloud based file systems.
How often do I receive financial reports?
If you follow our systems and processes, it will allow for monthly delivery of financial reports.
Can you pay my bills?
Yes! We have the ability to perform accounts payable services and pay bills from your bank account on your behalf.
My organization has an employee bookkeeper but she needs help and oversight. Can you help me?
